The Golden Combs is based out of Fountain, CO! 👑 The Gold Standard Checklist To ensure your experience at The Golden Combs is as seamless and luxurious as possible, please review our guest guidelines: 🧼 The Golden Prep: We offer professional shampoo and blowout services! If your selected service does not include a wash, please arrive with your hair clean and detangled. If you’d like us to handle the prep, be sure to select the "Signature Gold Wash" add-on when booking. 📋 The Consultation: For all new loc journeys or custom braiding designs, please have your reference photos ready. If you aren't sure of a style name, you can send us a photo via message prior to your appointment. ⏰ Punctuality is Luxury: To provide every guest with our undivided attention, we ask that you arrive on time. A 15-minute grace period is provided; however, arrivals beyond that may require rescheduling and a forfeited deposit. 🧘 Comfort & Connection: Some of our "Gold Standard" artistry takes time. We invite you to bring your snacks, drinks, and chargers. High-speed Wi-Fi is available for your convenience. 💳 Securing Your Seat: A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm most bookings. This deposit is applied directly to your final service total. ✨ Health & Hair: Please notify us of any scalp sensitivities or allergies (such as to specific oils or synthetic hair) during your consultation so we can adjust our products accordingly.

Cancellation Policy
Terms of Service Last Updated: January 2026 By booking an appointment with The Golden Combs, you agree to the following terms: Consultations: A consultation may be required for all new color, chemical, or extension clients to ensure the health of your hair and the feasibility of your desired look. Health & Safety: Please notify your stylist of any allergies, scalp sensitivities, or previous chemical treatments (including box color) prior to your service. Right to Refuse Service: To maintain the integrity of your hair, we reserve the right to refuse a service if we believe it will cause significant damage or if the hair is not in a healthy enough state to proceed. Child Safety: For safety reasons and to maintain a relaxing environment, we ask that children only attend the salon if they are receiving a service. Payment Options Payment is due at the completion of your service. We accept: Major Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express. Contactless Payments: Apple Pay Cash: Exact change is appreciated. Deposits: A non-refundable/tranferable deposit of $25 is required for all new clients or hair included transformations to secure your time slot. This will be applied to your final bill. Salon Policies Cancellation & No-Show Policy Your appointments are very important to The Golden Combs. We understand that life happens; however, we require at last 48 hours notice for cancellations. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee. No-Shows: Failure to show up for an appointment without notice will result in a charge of 100% of the service fee and may require pre-payment for future bookings. Late Arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will be charged a fee of $15 dollar. 40 mins late will require a reschedule (nontransferable deposit) for Service Satisfaction & Adjustments. We want you to love your hair! If you are not 100% satisfied with your result, please contact us within 3 days of your original appointment. We offer complimentary adjustments to fix technical issues. This does not apply if you simply changed your mind or desire a different look than what was agreed upon during the consultation. No Refunds: We do not offer monetary refunds for services rendered.
